Caixinha aprova ‘minutagem’ ao Santos em amistoso e conta com Neymar na estreia do Brasileirão
O técnico Pedro Caixinha teve bons motivos para celebrar a goleada por 4 a 1 diante do Coritiba em amistoso no Couto Pereira, neste domingo. Na visão do técnico português, dar “minutagem” ao elenco é importante por uma largada boa no retorno do time ao Brasileirão. O comandante espera ter Neymar de volta já na largada na elite nacional.
O astro se recupera de um desconforto muscular na coxa esquerda que requer até três semanas de recuperação, mas o português acredita que poderá contar com o jogador já na estreia diante do Vasco, em São Januário, no dia 30 de março.
Com dois gols de Tiquinho Soares, um de Zé Ivaldo e outro de Deivid Washington, o Santos se redimiu da eliminação no Paulistão diante do Corinthians com 4 a 1 no Coritiba. “Foi importante pela seriedade que colocamos no jogo. Era muito importante depois do que foi a boa semana de trabalho, terminá-la da melhor maneira”, avaliou Caixinha. “Normalmente não é fácil após uma eliminação e prévia de Data Fifa, porque o clube pode ficar desfalcado em algum momento, mas ficamos satisfeitos pela forma como colocamos seriedade (em Curitiba).”
“O objetivo era dar minutagem para o grupo ficar mais equilibrado. E queríamos dar uma resposta após uma eliminação. Quando não ganha, tem de dar sempre uma resposta” celebrou, já focando na estreia contra o Vasco. Muitas peças ainda carecem de ritmo e Caixinha pôde ver Deivid Washington. Rollheiser, Barreal, Gabriel Verón, entre outros recém-chegados.
“Foi o último teste antes do início do Brasileirão e como vai ser fora de casa (em São Januário), serviu nesse sentido, e foi muito bom em todos os níveis. Agora é desfrutar esses quatro dias (de folga) e os que vão seguir recuperação, como Neymar e outros, João Schmidt, Escobar, é importante que se recuperem para quando regressarmos estarem juntos do grupo para começar o Brasileirão da melhor maneira possível.”
