Polícia cumpre mandados de prisão aos envolvidos em ataque da Mancha a ônibus com cruzeirenses

A Polícia Civil, por meio do Departamento Estadual de Homicídios e de Proteção à Pessoa (DHPP), deflagrou nesta terça-feira uma operação para cumprir dez mandados de prisão contra envolvidos no ataque da Mancha Alviverde, principal organizada do Palmeiras, a um ônibus com membros da Máfia Azul, uniformizada do Cruzeiro, ocorrida em 27 de outubro do ano passado. Cerca de 64 agentes participam da ação em São Paulo. Ainda não há informação sobre presos.
De acordo com a Secretaria de Segurança Pública de São Paulo (SSP-SP), são cumpridos nove mandados de prisão temporária, e um de preventiva, além de 12 ordens judiciais de busca e apreensão. As investigações identificaram novos envolvidos na emboscada, que terminou com a morte de um torcedor, diversos feridos e um ônibus incendiado.
Até dezembro, 17 pessoas já haviam sido presas. Entre elas Jorge Luís Sampaio, presidente da Mancha Alviverde, e o vice Felipe Mattos.
A investigação foi iniciada pela Delegacia de Polícia de Repressão aos Delitos de Intolerância Esportiva (Drade). Um dos suspeitos que tinha um pedido de prisão contra si teve a determinação revogada após a própria delegacia reconhecer que errou em pedir a prisão de Henrique Moreira Lelis, que estava a 400 quilômetros de onde o crime aconteceu.
A emboscada ocorreu na madrugada do dia 27 de outubro, na rodovia Fernão Dias, em Mairiporã, no sentido de Belo Horizonte. O ataque terminou com a morte de José Victor Miranda, de 30 anos Ele integrava um grupo da Máfia Azul, organizada do Cruzeiro, de Sete Lagoas (MG). Miranda chegou a ser internado no Hospital Anjo Gabriel, em Mairiporã, em estado gravíssimo em decorrência de ferimentos de queimaduras e não resistiu. Segundo a Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), que atendeu a ocorrência no dia, foi ateado fogo em um dos ônibus dos cruzeirenses.
O caso é entendido como uma “cobrança” dos palmeirenses por uma ação de torcedores do Cruzeiro contra integrantes da Mancha Alviverde em 2022, também na Fernão Dias. Na época, Jorge Luís Sampaio Santos teve sua carteirinha de sócio, documentos e cartões de créditos arrancados dos rivais durante o confronto, além de ter sido espancado e ter vídeos expostos nas redes sociais. A confusão terminou com quatro torcedores feridos a tiros.
Por causa da emboscada ocorrida no ano passado, a Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) determinou que partida entre Cruzeiro e Palmeiras, pela penúltima rodada do Brasileirão, fosse realizada com portões fechados. O jogo terminou empatado por 1 a 1. O episódio também levou o Juizado Especial de Defesa do Torcedor do Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo a debater a hipótese de estender a imposição de torcida única para clássicos interestaduais.
